Kids and Teens classes

Our Kids and Teens Classes are run
Mondays-Thursdays at 4:30pm and are for ages 8-14.

This is a great after school activity to keep them active.

We focus on cardio fitness, balance, coordination and strength training. Because our classes are kids only and are fully supervised by a coach we can insure that they are in safe hands and are doing all the weight training correctly.

Whether your kid is an athlete and wants to progress further in their sports or if are sedentary, the program is designed to cater for all fitness and strength levels.

Kids are more than welcome to come try out a class for free to see if they like it first, before signing up.
