Stress creates road blocks to us achieving our goals and can even get in the way of weight-loss, toning and just feeling good about ourselves again. It inhibits all of our decision making processes and in many cases, can lead to serious illness.

What better way to end the day than with a candle lit Yin or Yoga flow session. Yoga is the perfect way to balance out the intensity of our training sessions and busy lives.

Our Yoga Teach, Ava Leonnard: Yoga has been a guiding force in Ava’s life for over a decade. What she has come to learn is that yoga is fluid – your practice will continuously shift and evolve. Each of Ava’s classes are structured in a way to provide you with maximum benefit.
Yoga is for every body – regardless of age, gender, or experience.

Ava incorporates many yogic traditions to create a unique experience for her students. She has explored many styles of yoga, including vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga, Iyengar, yin, moksha, kundalini, restorative, and pranayama.
